Q.3 Can I let other people use my season ticket(s)?

If you purchase more than one Season Ticket and wish to bring a guest for certain games, this will be possible if you follow this procedure:

i. Go to the Guest Desk with all of your Season Tickets before the game and get a Guest PassVoucher for your guest(s). This pass will only be valid for a single game and will need to be counter-signed by the Guest Desk Team. It will show your seat & row number, name of the regular season ticket holder and the name of your guest.

ii. Ask your Guest to show the Voucher at the Arena entrance to gain admission. Your guest can then sit in your allocated seat(s) and use pass outs in the same way as all other ticket holders. They will not be able to gain admission with any of your season tickets as they will not match the photo id. Guest PassVouchers will only be issued to a season ticket holder in person on the day of a game.

Q.4. Are seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis?

i. Existing season ticket holders can retain their existing seats if they apply before the end of June 2008.

ii. Once all existing season ticket holder seats have been allocated, the rest of the seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that if more than one person applies for the same seat it will be allocated to the first person who handed in a completed application form. All application forms received are being logged by the date and time that they are received by the Club.

iii. All applications received after the 1st July 2008 will be allocated seats on a first-come, first-served basis.

iv. The club will endeavour to ensure that all seat allocations will be made as close as possible to any row and seat numbers stated as a preference. If your stated preference is not possible you will be contacted and offered a range of alternatives.

iv. Seating plans can be viewed at any time by visiting the online box office at https://www.guildford.gov.uk/spectrumonline/
